Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard delivery for all orders over $75 within Australia. Your free shipping will automatically be applied to your shopping cart at the checkout. For any orders below $75, we charge a flat rate of $10 for standard delivery within Australia.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery within Australia ranges between 3-6 business days for metro areas and 4-13 business days for regional areas.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer express shipping for a flat rate of $15 within Australia. Shipping times range between 1-3 business days for metro areas and 2-5 business days for regional areas. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date so please allow time for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer competitive rates and ship our products worldwide. The shipping costs vary to each country and will be shown at checkout upon selection of your country. Please note all international orders are subject to import and/or customs charges, which the receiver/customer is liable for. We cannot be responsible for these additional charges.

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed in Australia and are made for us by our trusted manufacturing partners in China. We are actively on the lookout on how we can source our products locally.

Are your products BPA free and FDA certified?

Yes, our products are BPA free and a FDA certified. We work with our manufacturing partners and rigorously test our products before we make them available for purchase.

My item arrived damaged or was missing pieces

We pride ourselves on our quality and work with manufacturers who share the same passion as us. We have measures in place to avoid these sorts of incidents but are more than happy to assist. Please email hello@pipet.com.au or contact us and we will be in touch.

Refunds and returns

Gift cards and promo codes

Does my gift card expire and can it be used multiple times?

No, our gift cards do not expire and you can use your gift card a many times as you would like until the balance reaches zero.

How do I check my gift card balance?

Please email us at hello@pipet.com.au with your gift card number and we will check and let you know the balance on the card.

How do I use a gift gift card/promo code?

Once you have checked out, on the right hand side of the screen is a box that says ‘Gift card or discount code’- enter your code there and press 'Apply'.

My gift card/promo code isn’t working!

Please firstly check you’ve entered the code in the right case (upper or lower), secondly, check the expiry of the code from the source of the code or contact us.

How many promo codes can we use in one order?
